Mission Valley Track and Field Clubs accepts children of all ethnic and
social backgrounds and athletic abilities. Children with Special needs
and at risk backgrounds are welcome. Our goal is to build family on the
team and to teach valuable life skills for the athletes and the adults.
Marriage and Family counseling is apart of our program with no
additional cost beyond the athletes participation fees. Fund raising is
available to help those families who are financially challenged.
The Club stresses technical development and fun above winning. Please
contact us if you live the Alameda County and the San Francisco Bay
Area, California.
Mission Valley Track and Field Club had a very out standing season in
2005. Eighteen members achieved All-American honors. MVTF athletes
competing in the USATF Junior Men and Women Championships, USATF Jr.
Olympic Nationals and AAU Jr. Olympic this past summer winning 23 medals.
107 athletes compete in AAU, CYO and USATF Track and
Field Competitions. Coaches: Arno Brewer (Head Coach/Jumps); Ty Blair
