This Blast From The Past section is intended to bring messages from track and field athletes who have participated at the college level or beyond have a positive message for young athletes, and who are willing to share their accomplishments with them.  We are very pleased to have an outstanding young man from a small NJ town bringing our first message. In future issues we intend to publish several of these messages each month. If you or others you know would be interested in contributing an article, you can submit it on the Harris Reports link at www.youthtrack.org  We will include e-mail addresses of the authors in case young athletes have questions for the author.

You can submit your profile on the form at the bottom of this page.

Advice to Youth: The most important thing you
can do is get a very good education. It my not seem
       important to
you now, but when the sport is all gone for
you because of age or injury, you will need employment.
       Everyone wants
to feel that they are making a
contribution in life. Get started now!
