The Shore Athletic Club (SAC) of NJ will run a weekly Sunday
series of cross country races for children 14 and under at Holmdel Park. The Weekly series runs from August
31st through October 19th. Races start at 9:00 am, rain or shine
, wi9th competition for 8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, and 13 -14 age groups and special competition for 15-18. Medals and/or ribbons
will go to the top individual finishers. The fee is $4 per race or $21 per child for the series. Telephone

10/19 Third Annual MAC XC Relay
Championships
The MAC will host its third annual xc relay
champs on Sunday, October 19th at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. This event is the highlight for many of our area
runners. Teams of four will race in the famous park each running a distance of approximately 1 mile. All ages
from youth to masters will experience cemetery hill and the rolling back hills as spectators have a great view of the race
through the woods and the sprint to the finish line. This is great way to motivate your team and allow them to get a
