In the April 2004 issue, we will publish indoor rankings by year of birth for athletes born 1986 or later. We will also consider you for our monthly honor roll listings. Please submit
your best performances for this indoor season in the form below to make sure we do not miss you. Performances may be from
high school or youth meets but we need the date of birth. Please submit by April 10th 2004
