It is our goal to publish profiles of youth track and field athletes representing all regions of the United
States as well as international athletes. We are not just looking to profile the top athlete in particular events. We also
want to profile outstanding athletes who are well rounded in their academic, community, and sports activities. Complete the
form below to submit the profile or submit the information by e-mail as a microsoft word attachment. The
athlete should have qualified for the Hershey National Championships, the AAU or USATF Jr. Olympics or
have met the performance criteria of the USATF Youth Athletics Championships in at least one event.Indicate any national
