This page is a showcase the top youth track and field athletes in the country by specific disciplines indicated below when events listed are listed in the age division for AAU and USATF national championships.

Athletes are selected for inclusion in these listings from the top 20 list of the United Stars Elite Ranking System and from data submitted to Harris Reports by parents and coaches during 2003. Athletes in the United Stars top 20 list in two or three events in a given category are automatically included. Performances submitted by coach or parent should be verifiable by inclusion in United Stars Elite Rankings or other sources profided by the nominator.

• Supreme Sprinter (100m, 200m, 400m)
• Supreme Runner ( 800m, 1500m, 3000m , 5000m)
• Supreme Vertical Jumper ( HJ,  PV)
• Supreme Horizontal Jumper (LJ, TJ)
• Supreme Thrower (SP, DT, JT)

Athletes are ranked based on IAAF  scoring tables for two or more events in a category.  Where there are three or more events listed, all possible two event and three event combinations are ranked. To make sure that your athlete is included in 2004, submit performances and verification by the end of the outdoor season 2004. At least one of the performances in the category should be equal to or better than the current USATF Youth Athletics guidelines for the event to be considered.
